UB Series

The UB Series Vibratory Bowls are constructed of heavy duty steel, gusseted and welded for maximum strength. The UB machines permit a higher amplitude of operation than other vibratories, enabling faster processing. It also gives steel media capability and measurably reduces the noise level for less worker fatigue. The UB’s patented drive shaft with hydronamically supported bearings provide unmatched durability. Years of field testing have shown no foreseeable limit to the operating of this shaft. The UB offers a slant dam unloading system that automatically screens the media back into the bowl while the parts move across the screen and discharge into a container. The reversing dam offers automatic media/parts separation and parts unloading with the touch of a button. Routine oil changes and seal replacement is all that is needed. That’s Low Maintenance!
