Operators seeking high volume deburring applications will find their match in the CV Series. With this continuous flo-thru vibratory deburring system, parts can be fed from a wide variety of production machines. Whether being fed from stamping machines, punch presses, die-casting machines, plastic injection molders or automatic screw machines, the CV Series' ability to withstand high volume results in single pass mass finishing of parts, without the manual part handling.

Standard features include a vibratory tub constructed of heavy gauge steel that has been continuously welded and stress relieved. The tub also includes a cast, seamless polyurethane liner. The CV Series external oscillating screen, a large external coated screen, is designed to completely separate the media and parts. It handles the maximum flow of material being discharged from the tub. The bottom level of the screen separator includes an additional screen designed to remove undersize media and fine metal burrs before they can become problematic.

The CV Series incline media return conveyor features a rugged belt design supported by heavy duty roller bearings and automatic lubrication. With operator ease of use in mind, the central operator control panel is equipped with individual machine controls and complete system shutdown. Additionally, the CV Series features an automated system to pre-mix compound and water while metering the machine as required. The CV Series includes a tachometer displaying operating speed along with an adjustable amplitude-manual, controlled compound spray and variable speed drive. All motors are TEFC.

CV Series operators may choose to add a parts washer and/or dryer as well as a tub end closer and spray hood. Other add-ons include a filtration system and parts feeding conveyor, eliminating the need to hand-load parts. A sludge tank of 50-500 gallons is another optional inclusion, along with sound enclosure and an hour meter. Steel ball capability is available upon request.
