Our dry finishing media contains unique blends of dry and ground corn cobs utilizing several additives to produce specific finishes on different metals.

Plain Corn Cob No additives added. Good for parts drying, dry-blasting and light finishing. Available in many different mesh sizes.

MFI Premium Corn Cob for Polishing

MFI’s blended Corn Cob provides a high luster finish on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.Three different formulations are available in four different grades.

MF-1 – Sold mostly in a blend grade cob, MF-1 is a more aggressive cob used in high energy machines.
MF-2 – Good to use for polishing in high energy machines
MF-3 – Widely used in Centrifugal Disc and high energy machines. MF-3 is blended specifically for keeping cool in the Centrifugal Disc and Spindle machines
